Know where your AWS motion stands and what to fix first.

Most software companies working with AWS already have some of the pieces: a partner tier, a Marketplace listing, a few opportunities shared with AWS. The hard part is knowing which gap is holding revenue back.

Our assessment scores your AWS partnership, AWS Marketplace and co-sell motion on Fractivo's Cloud GTM Maturity Model and gives your leadership team a prioritized plan. It takes about two weeks and is a fixed fee.

What the assessment covers

Discovery and intake

An intake form and a 60-minute prepare call cover your AWS strategy, Marketplace status, team and resources, sales motion and marketing with AWS.

Maturity scoring

We score each part of the Cloud GTM Maturity Model from 0 to 4, with the evidence behind every score. Your AWS partner status and your Marketplace listing are scored separately, because one doesn't imply the other.

Prioritized action plan

A written report with the gaps, the quick wins and the longer-term work, in the order we'd tackle them and with a suggested owner for each.

Leadership review

A 60-minute call with your leadership team to walk through the findings and agree what happens next.

Try it

Self-score: rate your company from 0 to 4 on leadership and ownership, AWS partner standing, AWS Marketplace, co-selling with AWS, sales team enablement, and story and marketing with AWS, then see your maturity stage and where to start.

How the assessment runs

  1. Prepare: You complete the intake form and we hold the prepare call to agree goals and gather what we need.
  2. Assess: We review your Partner Central, Marketplace and sales data and score each part of the model with evidence.
  3. Review: We deliver the report and action plan, then walk your leadership team through it on the review call.

Common questions

What is a Cloud GTM readiness assessment?
A structured review of how ready your company is to grow revenue with AWS. It covers leadership ownership, your AWS partner standing, AWS Marketplace, co-selling with AWS, sales enablement and marketing with AWS, and ends with a prioritized action plan.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from the prepare call to the leadership review.
What does it cost?
It's a fixed fee. We confirm it on a first call once we understand your scope, and the fee doesn't change after that.
Who should be involved?
Whoever owns revenue (usually the CRO or VP Sales), the person who owns the AWS relationship, and someone from marketing. A product leader helps if AWS program requirements touch your roadmap.
What happens after the assessment?
You keep the report and plan. Many teams run it themselves. Others work with us on the parts they choose, such as AWS Marketplace, co-sell or an AWS Competency.
Do you assess our technical readiness?
We record where you stand on technical requirements such as the Foundational Technical Review, so the plan accounts for them. The technical work itself stays with your engineers.
Is it only about AWS?
It's built around AWS. If you also sell through other cloud marketplaces, tell us and we'll factor them into the plan.
